Sometimes we recommend that a client take a specific tool. When recommending we like to allow a client access to a demo version of the tool. Answer data is populated from predefined responses and your responses will not be saved.

Why does my registration login/password not work?
Your employer sent you a notification to register that contained your login and password to join EU Online. Carefully enter that login/password on the EU Online homepage. If you recieved the notification more than a month prior to your login attempt, the login/password may have been changed for security purposes. If this case, ask your leader to resend a registration notification.
Why do you ask for my timezone?
We ask for your timezone in order to display dates and times accurately. When logged in, times are displayed in the timezone you specified when creating your account . Many organizations have employees in different timezones, so displaying accurate times for launch times and deadlines is important.
Why is my division not listed?
Upon registering for EU Online, your organization's leadership defined the divisions. If your division is not listed, select the closest one or contact your leadership about adding your division.

What is the 'All Employees' division?
You must create at least one division for your employees to chose from when registering. If you leave All Employees as your division, all employees will be grouped together. If you wish to divide your people into divisions, you should modify the 'All Employees' division and list your organization's divistions.
What does 'Minimum Role to Access' mean?
By identifying the 'Minimum Role to Access', you can limit which employees will have access to a particular tool. For example, if you only wish to have Organizational Leadership view a tool (such as results) select "Organizational Leader". You may later (if you have accounts remaining) change the setting to "All Employees" if you wish employees to interact with the tool.
