The focus of the series is an evidence-based exploration into how the optimal pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness requires both clear thinking and civility within our family, education, and leadership\/management systems (e.g., our business and political systems).<\/p>\n<p>In this episode, we complete our four-part journey into differences between parenting, educating, and leading from the <em>Civility\/Equality (or &#8220;H2O&#8221;\/Help to Ourselves and Others) Wheel<\/em> vs. <em>the Abuse\/Power and Control (or &#8220;DRY&#8221;\/Doesn&#8217;t Reward You-and-me) Wheel,<\/em> with a continued emphasis on how clear-thinking promotes civility and decreases abuse in our homes, our organizations, and our culture as a whole.\u00a0 As usual, our panelists provide listeners with specific evidence-based methods of promoting happy and healthy families, satisfying and meaningful educational experiences, and profitable and helpful organizations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our regular JIE Panelists are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jack Malcolm:<\/strong> President of the Falcon Performance Group, an organization dedicated to improving the professionalism, preparation, and productivity of sales professionals in the complex-sale environments. He has served as chair of UF\u2019s Department of Psychology, as well as numerous other boards and committees, and is a highly published author in many scientific journals.
