I was once again a panelist on the seventh episode of Journey Into Excellence (JIE), a radio podcast series focused on the promotion of evidence-based life, liberty, and happiness pursuit through enhanced clear thinking and civility in our family, education, and leadership/management systems.  Here is a link to the show (see below for a brief overview of this episode): Journey into Excellence – Episode 7

Journey Into Excellence (Episode 7)

Journey Into Excellence is a monthly radio podcast series with a panel of experts in leadership, management, sales, psychology, personal effectiveness, and life satisfaction. The focus of the series is an evidence-based exploration into how the optimal pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness requires both clear thinking and civility within our family, education, and leadership/management systems.

In this, our seventh episode, we move into Part III of a four-part journey into differences between parenting, educating, and leading from the Civility/Equality (or “H2O”/Help to Ourselves and Others) Wheel vs. the Abuse/Power and Control (or “DRY”/Doesn’t Reward You-and-me) Wheel, with an emphasis on how clear-thinking promotes civility over abuse in our homes, our organizations, and our cultures.  As usual, our panelists provide listeners with specific evidence-based methods of promoting happy and healthy families, satisfying and meaningful educational experiences, and profitable and helpful organizations.
