Brief Overview of This Episode

In this episode, we continue our exploration of “H2O-centered excellence,” or, excellence as “Help 2 Ourselves and Others,” by exploring the following 6 Phases of Mission Activation (including the Essential Question that must be answered in each phase):

  • Phase 1: Mission Exploration (How Much Can We Do Together?)
  • Phase 2: Mission Clarity (How Do We Want to Do It?)
  • Phase 3: Mission Persistence (What’s in the Way?)
  • Phase 4: Mission Synergy (Are We All Doing It Together?)
  • Phase 5: Mission Pay-off (Why Are We Doing It?)
  • Phase 6: Mission Expertise (Are We Doing It Well?)

As usual, our panelists provide listeners with specific evidence-based methods of promoting (a) happy and healthy families, (b) satisfying and meaningful educational experiences, and (c) profitable and helpful organizations.
