Journey Into Excellence (Episode 8)

Journey Into Excellence is a monthly radio podcast series featuring a panel of experts in leadership, management, sales, psychology, personal effectiveness, and life satisfaction. The focus of the series is an evidence-based exploration into how the optimal pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness requires both clear thinking and civility within our family, education, and leadership/management systems (e.g., our business and political systems).

In this episode, we complete our four-part journey into differences between parenting, educating, and leading from the Civility/Equality (or “H2O”/Help to Ourselves and Others) Wheel vs. the Abuse/Power and Control (or “DRY”/Doesn’t Reward You-and-me) Wheel, with a continued emphasis on how clear-thinking promotes civility and decreases abuse in our homes, our organizations, and our culture as a whole.  As usual, our panelists provide listeners with specific evidence-based methods of promoting happy and healthy families, satisfying and meaningful educational experiences, and profitable and helpful organizations.
